This recipe was one from my mom, but she never had an official recipe. She just added spices until it tasted right. I have made this recipe for years using the leftover turkey bones from Thanksgiving, but finally wrote down the recipe when I made it last week. I use linguine noodles sometimes too. They soak up a lot of the broth, so if you have to add more water, just add more spices to taste. When I make this bread I always serve it with homemade 100% wheat bread and real butter. It brings back memories from my childhood.
