Woman's Day #4

Woman's Day #4

Title:

"Woman's Day with the ladies"

Journaling: "My sister-in-law and I had the opportunity to be hostesses at a Woman's day tea in 2008. We had to set and decorate the table, and keep the ladies happy & company through the day. What an experience for both of us!! The day was quite enjoyable for all round."

We had pastel colours for our table on the day, so I recoloured most of the items from the kit to suit the theme. The only items not recoloured are the 2 flowers directly from the kit. The daisies in the background were also cut (according to the template) from recoloured backgrounds from the kit.

For #4: I altered the drop shadow on the aqua coloured ribbon, paperstrips left of the ribbon, and striped mat under left photo: lowered opacity and distance.

Kit: Feelin Welcome by JulieO (SAS)

JUDGE - This looks great to me (I've not looked at the prior versions)! The only suggestion I have is one of asthetics. Rather than have your titling on one line and running over the flower on the right, I'd make it two lines and center it in the space on the purple paper behind the photos. This seems a more natural way of 'writing' in your scrapbook. Very creative overall!
