I add a Photo Matte to the Camp Logo rezied and rearranged the other items to fit. I also recolored the clocks. I think I liked the grey clock on the center border strip better though.

Judge: I agree about the center clock. My comment was referring to the clock on your camp logo, as if you clipped the photo to the mat the clock would not have fit. Perhaps you could put the center clock back and omit (or change) the one on the logo. Just thinking out loud

Judge:
If you like the clock in the center put it back, perhaps make it more noticable bij changing the paper beneat it or the color of the clock.
I still not happy with the placement of the top pictures.
In this weeks tutorial there is a part about alignment, that might explain what I mean. I think those pictures should be similar in form

JUDGE - I'm seeing this layout without viewing the other one first, so I can't address the changes here but my comments are... I do like the clock repeated near the middle. It's a nice subtle touch. I also like the sepia-toned photo contrasting the colored one. I think the leaves are on the paper, right? And they look good under the title (great font for this layout, too.). Good job!

JUDGE- I have not seen the first layout either, but I like this one. The one thing I noticed though was that the frame with the logo goes right to the edge of the page. It really drew my eye there, in fact that was the first thing I saw on your page. I'll have to go back & look at your previous version to see how you had that logo the first time & then I'll come back with a suggestion.

Actually, I preferred the first version, though I would like to see the camp logo fitted in the lining, the same way the top photo of the horse is. The way it is placed now, a solid square right in the top left corner, is a dissonant.
And a little linguistic correction: it is 'time flies', not 'time flys'......

JUDGE - No George huh? HMPH!! I love this layout Amber - but the camp logo just bothers me altogether. I think it's too heavy with the other heavy frame and the font you used. Perhaps you could just add text to give you the location??? If you opt to do that, make it a much different font though from your title. Or, you could chop off the borders on it and make it a hang tag from the great frame you've used.
