Every year I take a few pics of my kids doing the same things in the same place to see how much they've grown. This is actually Kaelan last year at age 5 out on the front porch of my grandmother's 1800's summer house next door to the cottage.
I used a template by Lindsay Jane designs, but changed the orientation and size of the pic, and used Pillowgirl's newest mini kit Coral Mini, available on her blog which matched the dress my daughter (not prone to wearing dresses) was actually enduring. Thanks for this great freebie Pillowgirl, I hope I did it justice. Once again, some Atomic Cupcake actions were used as well. I seem to be an inked edge junkie, lol

This is beautiful! The way her dress blends into the background makes that gorgeous complexion and smile just shine!

Fabulous use of her dress for color coordination. Love the mini-patterned boxes displayed with your main color hues on the left. She is very photogenic, and I know that it swells your heart with overwhelming love. The ribboned bow wrapping her lovely photo adds that perfect touch of elegance. (I have to smile, that lovely bow reminds so easily of the bows attached to our dresses. It definitely was a must have in style.) Leavin LUV!!! XOXOXO
