This is from the week between the holidays last year. The girls and I did brunch, then Starbucks. To say we loitered a while was an understatement. (a few hours) They made me choke back a tear when they both agreed that that day was the best Christmas present they’d gotten, my time.

Christmas our way started with biscuits and gravy at Cracker Barrel with lots of talk, some serious, some laughs. It ended with more girl-time at Starbucks. It was an awesome day between the holidays. It’s definitely something we NEED every now and then!
