Lovers Shrimp Scampi

This is our traditional Valentines Day dinner. It’s always served with a first course of Lobster Bisque and something wonderful and chocolate for dessert!

Lovers Shrimp Scampi

1/2 - 2/3 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp

2 T. olive oil

4 T. butter or margarine

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 T. snipped fresh parsley

4 T. white wine

In a large skillet heat the oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp. Cook stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink. Stir in parsley and wine. Serve immediately on its own or over pasta.

What a lovely recipe layout with that awesome text background paper. Love the matting of the recipe along with the floral and that shrimp. (Thank goodness it is a photo because I am extremely allergic to shell fish.) Your use of various patterns and distressing add depth and impact to your entire layout. Just awesome!!!
