This is my layout for round 2 created using Afternoon Delight by JW DigiScraps. This is a really beautiful kit which can be found:

Fonts used: Calligraphia One and Candara

I used the alpha to make the "nearer" title and then embossed it slightly. The photo frame was recoloured to match the red paper. I made a swirl shape from the glitter swirl and used this to create the two swirl shaped papers on the left hand side of the layout. Some of the elements (the string cluster and the flower doodle 2) were erased slightly to look as if they were inserted imbetween/around the chicken wire and the sequin string respectively. I used a scallop frame shape to create the two scallop shaped paper pieces at the bottom of the layout, and again used the created swirl shape on the pink swirly paper at the bottom.

Well done. I often use the side curved border in my layouts and the effect is always wonderful! I also love the use of quotes! It makes an otherwise pretty page more interesting.
