Dry bones

Dry bones

This is my layout for Round 4. It was made using the spooky kit, Midnight, from Deli Scraps by Min. It can be found in the shop here:

I must admit, this is not in my usual style at all, so really stretched me. Since I don't normally do anything spooky, or Halloween, these bible verses are what I came up with.

I used three of the papers as background and blended them together, reduced them in size slightly and placed them on top of a fourth paper. The skulls were duplicated, the sizes changed and placed as a border at the bottom of the layout with one of the skulls having been roughly extracted from one of the papers. The eyeballs were placed as appropriate in the skulls/border. The ribbon was duplicated and joined together to make a border on the left of the layout and I did the same with the metal foliage to create a border on the right. Drop shadows were added to just about everything.

Font used: Sketchy Times

Wonderful LO! I'm not so familiar with bible things myself, but your layout really fits the verse so nicely. What a unique perspective on the whole thing. Well done!
