These are the best English muffins I've ever eaten and they are extremely easy to make in a bread machine using the basic dough cycle. Of course they can be made by hand or a heavy duty mixer, too. I love them with Smuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade and a cup of good tea. They freeze very well.
