Yummmmmmmy! We've made pancakes with this recipe as well as ebelskivers, filling them with sausage bites. Top with Cinnamon or Buttermilk syrup! Maple is good too.

I'd never have thought of putting pumpkin into a waffle. Interesting idea. I hope I remember to try that in autumn, when we have our pumpkin season
