These were made using Vintage Berry kit by BooLand Designs which can be found here:

I used free templates found on the internet for the boxes and printed the papers out on plain card stock. After cutting out and scoring the boxes, they took seconds to make up and were just the right size to hold jewellery we bought our daughter for Christmas.
