I know it is too little and too late, but I wanted to tell my thoughts. When I saw the quilt I was reminded of a county fair (in both in some of the shapes and in the fact that it was a quilt). I originally want to create some "fabric" with delicate designs and then create applicate type elements. Then I thought of nine patch quilts I had made and the "Elm Creak Quilts" book series and started to create some double nine patch ... that took a very long time. Some meetings rushed up and left very little designing time ... thanks for your votes and comments in round 1.
Don't cut yourself down. Your papers are very pretty and appropriate. I can tell by looking at them that they were very time consuming to create. But I would have liked a link so I could take a closer look.
Dont' sell yourself short :-) They look like they took a lot of time to make, and they're really beautifull..... Thanks for sharing!
