When my father was diagnosed with end-stage Lung Cancer, I forgot everything I knew about being
a nurse and became his primary care-giver, a grieving family member, and his main support. In came
the incredible team from Hospice and Pallative Care of Iredell County. The nurse, social worker,
chaplain, and other team members ministered to Daddy's every need, taught me the skills I needed
to care for him, and were amazing at counselling both me and other family members. They reduced my
stress tremendously and allowed me to be able to spend valuable quality time with my dad that I'll
always cherish. They didn't forget us after his death either. Follow-up counselling for my 10 year
old son and myself made those first months without Daddy a time of healing for us.Their dedication
and caring service made it possible for Daddy to truly maintain his dignity throughout the process
and allowed me to come to terms with my feelings and limitations.

This collaboraive kit by four awesome Studio designers is the perfect kit to commemorate Hospice's
services. It's soft colors are soothing and the timeless designs are perfect for remembering
those special people in our lives who must face the process of teminal illness. I am honored to be
able to give back a bit of what they gave me and my family.

I agree; Hospice is one amazing organization. Love your preview and the way your have grouped the elements together. It provides a very quick and easy to see reference for the kit. Good luck this round.

Hospice is great. I like how you showcased the papers. Really neat grouping for the elements, too.

"And now for something completely different..." (an old radio tag line from a movie, I guess). I LOVE IT!
