My entry for Week 1 of the Design Contest. I started with a "police theme" in mind, but then decided to go a little more generic so that the kit was useable by more scrappers!

The things that took me the longest to make were the badge (took FOREVER!!), the belt (which I'm very proud of!) and the medal. But I DID learn some new techniques!!
