Can someone tell me how I can open this file on a Mac? I have never heard of a file ending in ".7z" Beautiful kit but unless I can open the file I will not be able to use it.

Papers are lovely: however, can't get the elements. It just states that file requested is not valid. It does not even show what type of file it is??
