This was created using the amazing Farmers Market collab kit created by the StudioTeam. The megakit can be found here:

I wasn't sure what to do for this kit to begin with as there were so many possibilities, and then I saw these photos of the swan family at the canal in my local town. They were all so busy preening and cleaning their feathers, they never even noticed me taking the photos!

I created the scalloped border using a basic round brush and clipped one of the papers to it.

The curved edges were made from a grass shape that came with my program. The unwanted grass bits were erased, used the papers as clipping masks and then just rotated and moved the shapes to position them where I wanted them.

I duplicated the striped ribbons and joined each of the colours together, erasing any jagged edges at the join.

Everything else used was only resized or rotated as necessary.

Drop shadows were added to everything.
