Step One:
Use one paper as background and one other paper as border (on as many sides of your background as you wish to). Optional: Clip a third paper to a shape or title and add it.

Use any uneven number of frames on your page!

Step Three:
Use everything at least once!

Use three different of these elements (once each)!
