I like the idea and journaling as a filler page, one that adds a page in my scrapbook so a 2-page layout is on facing pages. So I’m going to clean it up a little to make it printable.

In the meantime, this is my final for the February Progressive Scrap. (which is why I didn’t tweak as I went, not allowed) I love this kit!

Journaling:

The Elephants of My Youth

Childhood influences are huge in building character and belief systems. Long before I truly understood religion, society or current events, I knew The Saggy Baggy Elephant, The Spotted Elephant and Dumbo. I learned from these three pachyderm pals to value the differences in every creature and know that no matter what your eyes see, that looking with your heart you’ll see others’ gifts. I also learned that I don’t need to ever follow what anyone says I have to be, to use my own gifts and follow my own destiny.

And I still love all three today!

WOW! What an awe-inspiring page! This was the perfect kit for your elephants. I LIKE how you put the frames around the trunk of the tree and then added the bow. Very creative how you put the banner along the bottom edge of the frame. I also like how you changed the color of the frame, too!
