Thanks, folks!
A friend of mine took the photo. It was taken at Ash Cave in the Hocking Hills Region of south eastern Ohio. The fall is almost 100' tall, and in the winter (if it's cold enough, long enough) that huge ice formation grows, from the bottom up AND from the top down. I can remember, as a child, seeing them connected in especially cold winters.
This place really is magical! My hubby and I had our Handfasting ceremony there almost 11 years ago, and one of my best girlfriends and her hubby had their Handfasting there two years ago. It's one of the only places where I truly feel "at home"!

The blue of the ice is just unreal. Some years it looks like it's glowing from the inside out! Hmm...maybe I should do a page for each of the 4 seasons at the cave....
I need to scan my Handfasting pictures again. The digital versions were lost with a laptop death a couple of years ago. Plus, I'm having too much fun scrapping everyone elses' photos to worry about mine! ;-)

Oh yes fire up the scanner and get them scanned hun, I am the same, scrapping everyone else and still haven't finished my wedding album, hmmm 7 years in the making LOL. So I can't talk wahahaha!!

Maybe santa will bring me a new scanner for Yule??!
As far as my wedding pictures...wow, hubby and I eloped (here in California) and there are only a couple of pictures from that. I need to dig them up!
We had our Handfasting a few months later back in Ohio with my family and friends, and there's a few hundred shots from that ceremony. I think I need to pare it down to a few favorite shots and get to work. Seeing as I'm new to this whole digi scrapping thing, I think I'm chugging along at a decent pace!
