My youngest son loves this on ice cream, too!
Nice accompaniment for chicken, ham, turkey. It's also a refreshing salad to have in the summer, so I like to keep a bag of fresh cranberries frozen to use then, too, but it wouldn't be Christmas dinner without this dish for my family.
