This is a copy cat recipe for Olive Gardens' Zuppa Toscana. So YUM! It is also great topped with fresh grated Parmesan cheese...and don't forget about making a batch of bread sticks!
Also, I have just added milk in place of the cream, not as rich, but still good.

I really like the layering you've done. This sounds so tasty. I like Olive Garden recipes and I think the change to milk will make it healthier.
