Turkey Noodle Soup

This recipe was one from my mom, but she never had an official recipe. She just added spices until it tasted right. I have made this recipe for years using the leftover turkey bones from Thanksgiving, but finally wrote down the recipe when I made it last week. I use linguine noodles sometimes too. They soak up a lot of the broth, so if you have to add more water, just add more spices to taste. When I make this soup I always serve it with homemade 100% wheat bread and real butter. It brings back memories from my childhood.

Those "mom" recipes are always the best, and, as you say, they bring us such great memories. Thanks for sharing this recipe, and for your nice recipe card.

I love all three of your cards. The tiles are just right for a recipe card or any other type of card, like note cards to tuck in a lunch or several other uses I can think of. Thank you for all of them.

I am glad you like the cards. I included the blank cards as well as the Photoshop layered template when I emailed my cards. That way anyone can make recipe/note cards using any papers from any kit.

So glad that you included not only a recipe from your mom, but also one that uses up the turkey bones. I always feel like it's such a waste to throw those away. Love all your cards and recipes this month -- thanks so much for sharing!
