I've been google around for the perfect recipe. Most mugcakes have a whole egg in it, wich make it a bit rubbery. I mean, you use one egg to an entire batch of cupcakes, don't you? So I stumbled upon this recpie at Made from Scratch, and it is the far best recipe I've tried. So this is my mugcake recipe from now on.
