Viennese Crescents Holiday Cookies

Fast, very easy and so delicious. A true taste of Christmas.

Vanilla sugar: 2 cups of icing sugar and 1/3 vanilla bean cut down the middle. Keep both in a airtight container and give it a shake every so often. This keeps indefinitely and can be used to dust cookies, cakes, cupcakes and an occassional specialty coffee.
