I like walnut prawns, but not deep-fried battered stuff and the overpowering taste of mayonnaise. I ran this recipe through a nutrition calculator and it came up with:

For 1/4 recipe (228 gm, about 12 shrimp and 1/4 c walnuts) assuming no-fat Miracle Whip, 2T oil for frying and low fat yogurt: Calories 486 (fat calories, mostly from the walnuts 247/51%); Glycemic load 13; Total Fat 29g (44% of daily value); Saturated Fat 3g (17%); Cholesterol 228 mg (76%); Sodium 353 mg (15%); Carbohydrate 24g (8%); Dietary Fiber 2g (9%); Sugars 19g; Protein 35g



Compare to Panda Express Honey Walnut Prawns 105 gm serving (that's not a lot of shrimp; 4 lg raw shrimp weigh about 22g) 370 calories, 210 from fat
