Created for the June 2010 Recipe Card Challenge/Exchange. These are the softest, best sugar cookies I've ever had. Chilling them for at least one hour is important; we usually cover the bowl with Saran wrap. We love this recipe at our house -- well, except the rolling out part. No one likes doing that... : )
