With Easter coming in a few weeks, I thought I'd submit this recipe. I know that there are many frustrated mothers out there trying to get eggs to peel properly. This works great unless you are using real hen-fresh eggs.
Super cute card! And thanks for the tips. I wonder if the real trick to this working well is the 17 minute wait. I always immediately drain the boiling water and run cold water on the eggs. Sometimes they peel easy; sometimes, not so much. I'll be trying this for sure.
