I'm curious -- is there a specific type of fish you use this for? Or have you tried it on several different kinds? I bet it would be good no matter what! Love your clustering on the card -- it reminds me of my aunt's "snowball" tree that only blooms in the spring. Great job!

I use cod or white fish. It turns out great. But any firm fish would do.
