Canning Pinto Beans



Kit from Let Me Scrap

Font: Bentham, Arial and Saddlebag

Pinto Beans



1/2 T Chile Powder

1 T plus 1 t. tomato sauce

1 t dehydrated onion

1 t salt

1/8 tea. garlic powder

12/Tablespoon Diced green chiles.



Wash and clean all the rocks from beans.

Add water, leaving 1 inch head space. Wipe jars, place lids and rings. Give jars a shaked as you place them in the canner to stir ingredients. Process for 90 minutes at appropriate pressure for your location.
