Recipe Baked Custard

8 eggs
4 cups milk
1 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Lightly beat eggs, stir in milk, sugar, vanilla & salt. Pour into casserole dish; place into a pan of boiling water and bake at 325 degrees 50 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle with brown sugar and whip topping if you want.
