Very nice card. This is much like the recipe I have for funnel cakes. For that, once you have the batter made, you put it into a decorating bag with a medium round tip. Then squeeze the bag releasing the batter into the oil in odd and veried shapes. Flip when browned. Take out and place on paper towels. Sugar or glaze.
