judge: Great tribute. The drop shadow on the bottom tear is a little bit heavy. Play with to see what looks right. A dropshadow on the mat behind the photo might look nice although I like the drop shadow on the photo as it is.

I love the "torn" paper on top and bottom- it makes a great frame for the layout.

JUDGE - Now that you've got the photo repositioned and the title highlighted perfectly, I have to agree about the "up" shadow on the bottom tear. The tear and the bg paper are easily distinguished by their contrasting colors, I don't believe you even need one there. Take that off, and it will be perfect!!!
