Judge: What a great looking cake. What a wonderfull LO for your sister. What a lovely font, can you tell me what it is?
I like to see some more shadow on the bottom frames since they are on top op the beads. Maybe a different angle for your light source, I don't know just play with it. And also some more shadow on the flower since it is on top of the frames.

JUDGE - OMG, my daughter ALWAYS wanted a "doll cake" every single year for her birthday!! With the exception of the large photo, I'd like to see a bit larger drop shadow on everything else. Especially the beads since they have a, well, bead look to them. Adorable lo though.

JUDGE - You MADE that cake? I'm so impressed (and a teeny bit jealous, wish I had that talent!). I agree with what the other said about the shadowing... just a little bit more (not on the main frame, that looks fine). I love that you added some white to the text to make it show up, too. Very nice page!
