JUDGE - The shadows here look pretty good - but I have a question. It's kind of hard to tell, but it looks like there may be a slight shadow on the first line of journaling. If that's the case, I would take that part off. Nice layout about your mamma.

JUDGE: I agree with Darlene about the shadows. You're so right, photos of those dear ones are so prescious when we only have a few of them. Personally I'd like to see a little more of the photo and have none of it covered by the torn corner - the corner is pretty but I'd keep it just in the corner, not covering any of momma - that's really just a personl preference though - then you could move the flower over to the left and have everything lead the eye to the photo.

I know what you mean about cherishing photos! I only have a few photos of my grandmother because she hated getting her picture taken too! This is a wonderful, heartfelt page!

JUDGE - Beautiful layout, great shadows except for the one under your text. The title text is fine, but when you write on a piece of paper it doesn't leave a shadow right??? That's why the other doesn't look right. I like the corner, it looks like your mom is holding onto it - great job.

You captured a beautiful photo of your grandma! I am a grandma and find myself dodging photos all the time. I guess we all wish we could stay young and beautiful!
