I noticed that the stickers are visible within the frame, at the very bottom. Did you intend to do that? Anyways, just something I noticed. Love the colors.

JUDGE - I realized that the other judges (designers, even) have said that this is perfect and there's nothing to change but...I think they may have missed what monkann mentioned above. Your stickers and flowers at the bottom are showing inside the frame. Typically the photo is the only thing in the frame but if you wanted to add other things to the frame (sort of like a shadow box I guess) then they shouldn't also stick out of it.

Also, I believe Candee indicated that only one sticker was to be used, but you've used two. She missed this herself apparently. You may wish to check with her to be sure.

JUDGE - the only thing I have to add, really, is that I am curious as to how the date would look at the bottom, underneath the photo and cluster. Nice layout.
