I used the Amethyst kit by Booland Designs available at Stone Accents Studios.
The "Thursday's Child" is part of the kit - each day is included. I started out with Gloria ValVerde's template from this week at MooTwo Designs, but changed it a lot!

DGD Caroline will be 5 next week, so Amethyst is her birthstone. Date font is Ottum HMK.
