Scrap your tree

Scrap your tree—

Each year since we’ve been married in 1968 I have bought one Hallmark ornament, and once the children and now grandchildren are born, each one also gets an ornament. As the boys grew up and moved to their own homes, their ornaments moved with them. Each is chosen to represent something they have done, or the work they do or something they really liked during the year. The grandchildren now take theirs home as well. That meant I lost 2/3 of the ornaments I had. But never fear, I bought more. LOL. I started buying one for hubby and one for me as well as one for the house. Now I have too many to put on the tree which is now smaller than before. I also have collected one ornament from every country I have visited, sometimes more than one if I went to different cities in each country. As of now, they come from Germany, the Netherlands, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, most of the US states, including Hawaii and the Republic of Kiribati in the Pacific. The tree is getting full again!

I used Skrapper Digitals Naturally Paper and frame. The gifts from ny CU stash, SnickerDoodle’s Rudolph, Booland’s Cherish, SNS Carol Blog hop. The toys are mine, some are the ones under the tree in the picture., Train is mine, Also there is Scatter from Skrappers Digital’s Provence,Bow from Deliscrap’s School of Magic. Abd Lara’s Digi World’s clipping mask.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.
