Photo: My grandma Ida

The journalling reads:

This is the Johann-Peter Hebel statue in the castle grounds of the city of Karlsruhe, Germany. Here my grandfather Julius used to meet my grandmother Ida for their rendevouz. The photo shows my grandmother presumably waiting for my grandfather, but in reality it was probably he who took the photo.The statue is still standing in the very same spot today and I believe it is still a preferred meeting point for young couples.
