The cool thing about David working nights while you guys are visiting is that we get some of our favorites that he isn’t interested in for dinner! We hadn’t had fondue dinner in quite a while. We needed to pots, so we used crock pots this time, one chicken and one vegetable broth. You were a vegetarian at the time. We had many fondue veggies, chicken and Boca chicken with teriyaki, ranch, Dijon and honey mustard for dipping.

We put Frank Sinatra in the CD player and dimmed the lights just to restaurant and had a fun, leisurely dinner.

The leftovers made awesome sop or lunch he next day
