At the first sign of spring Kaline will sit on the upstairs enclosed porch in our bedroom! This is March of 2007. Her ritual is to just sit there until someone opens the door. (Or give us a dirty look and walk away after a while!)

Journaling reads:
“Every year when spring is barely there yet, Kaline waits at the upstairs door to be let on the porch. She doesn’t care if it’s still 40º, she’s ready for the open air in the house!”
