I have scrapped these photos before, but it was before my digi skills were very advanced (not that they are now, but they are definitely better), and wanted to do them again. What do you think? I tried to read the journaling to my daughter and couldn't get thru it without crying, that's how proud of him this mom is!

Journaling reads: "I have always had difficulty putting into words just how proud of Evan I am. He has made a commitment to his country, to people he does not nor will ever know....to protect our safety, our liberties, our very ways of life. He swore into the USArmy when he was just 3 months past his 17th birthday, when he passed his physical at MEPS. He swore in again at a Saginaw Spirit hockey game. The third time he swore in, he left for Basic Training, and my little boy became a man. He has lived in Korea, and now protects us while stationed in Georgia. All this, before he is even legally allowed to take a sip of alcohol! I am intensely proud of Evan, he is, and always will be, my hero. I just hope he somehow knows in his heart what I cannot express in words."
